- This program is not intended for homeowners, hobbyists, or those exploring interior design casually.

This coaching provides practical, real-world guidance for designers who are already working with clients and want to strengthen their process, technical knowledge, and presentation skills.
About Melanie Pellegrini
Melanie Pellegrini is the founder and principal of Pellegrini Design, an NCIDQ-certified interior designer with over 19 years of professional experience in both commercial and residential interior architecture and design. Her experience leading commercial design projects ranging from 8,000 to 600,000 square feet provided extensive exposure to the technical complexities of design and construction.
In addition to running her design studio, Melanie has a long-standing passion for teaching and mentoring designers. She has taught interior design courses at the college level since 2010 and regularly works with interns and emerging designers.
Melanie particularly enjoys helping designers understand the technical and professional side of the industry—the parts that are often hardest to learn without working inside an established design firm.
Her coaching focuses on practical knowledge that designers can immediately apply to their own projects and businesses.
